Program Details -

• Patient or community can nominate.
• Application for schools are opened during the previous quarter.
• Applications for schools must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the quarter they’ll be the beneficiary of focus.
• The quarterly beneficiary for each school is decided by internal selection 2 weeks prior to the quarter.
• Donation/gift will be awarded to the beneficiary at the quarterly event or open house in January, April, July, and October.
