DR. OLESYA SALATHE, DMD

Dr. Olesya Salathe was born in Russia and immigrated with her family when she was eight years old, seeking religious freedom. Her family eventually settled in Molalla in 1996, where she graduated from high school and worked as a dental assistant. She still currently calls Molalla home.
During her undergrad years, she developed a deep-seated passion for community service, influenced by the Quaker background of George Fox and the Ford Family Foundation's principles. Dr. Salathe purchased her first dental practice from Dr. Paul Puffer, her former high school job employer, and has since enjoyed giving back to Molalla. She is a Kois-trained dentist focusing on evidence-based, latest techniques in dentistry including materials, technology and techniques.  She leads the local chapter of the American Academy of Clean Aligners Study Club and is very involved in digital dentistry.
Her volunteer work within the dental community has also been recognized and her dental professional peers nominated her for the prestigious membership to the American College of Dentists.  It's the oldest major honorary organization of dentists that have exemplified excellence through outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to dentistry and society.  Its membership is by invitation only and has been given to only 3.5% of dentists nationwide in the United States.  She has served as President of Clackamas County Dental Society, is a current board of trustees member for the Oregon Dental Association and has been appointed by the governor as a current Oregon Board of Dentistry board member.
In 2022, Dr. Salathe partnered with her sister Jen, as well as opened a second location in West Linn.  This sister clinic is a certified Digital Smile Design clinic focused on comprehensive dental care, cosmetic, and full mouth rehabilitation. The second location is also a medical practice focusing on aesthetics and medical wellness.

During her undergrad years she developed a deep seeded passion for community.  Both the Quaker background of George Fox and the Ford Family Foundation's founding principles were engrained within her to serve.  Dr. Salathe purchased her first dental practice from Dr. Paul Puffer, her former high school job employer.  She has since loved giving back to the same community that welcomed her as an eighth grader.  She even earned the prestigious Gerald E. Bruce Award for her leadership and service to community.  This award is given to one past Ford Family Foundation Alumni annually and gives the recipient the opportunity to donate the winning grant to any non-profit organization of their choice.

Salathe family

Dr. Salathe is currently a member of American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Ford Scholars Alumni, Clackamas County Dental Society where she is a past President, past Vice-President and past Secretary/Treasurer.  She is a delegate to the Oregon Dental Association Annual Meeting, alternate delegate for the American Dental Association and is currently serving a two year term as the Chair of the New Dentist Council.  Her volunteer work within the dental community has also been recognized and her dental professional peers nominated her for the prestigious membership to the American College of Dentists.  It's the oldest major honorary organization of dentists that have exemplified excellence through outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to dentistry and society.  It's membership is by invitation only and has been given to only 3.5% of dentists nationwide.

Besides loving her community and giving back through free dental days, sport guard clinics, field trips, sports sponsorships and pretty much anything that would help her hometown of both Molalla and Colton, she loves spending time with her family.  Even with an accomplished education, practice and career, her pride and joy are her two children, Hudson and Lylah.  She gives all credit and glory to her God and her husband Scott.  Without them none of this would be possible.

MEET OUR DOCS

The Dentist Off Main
Dentist
Dr. Natalie Potter

Dr. Natalie Potter, originally from Anchorage, Alaska, has lived in Oregon City for over 20 years. She raised her children here and considers Oregon home. She and her husband, Ted, hope to move “out in the country” and Molalla would be an ideal location to settle into their dream environment.

Natalie developed her passion and love for dentistry working as an assistant in West Linn. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree at Portland State University and attended graduate dental school at Oregon Health and Science University. She has found dentistry to be a perfect fit for her in that she gets to create and enjoys a blend of science, health care, and art throughout her daily routine. You will love that she has a gentle touch and prides herself in giving painless injections and helping those with dental anxiety have a good experience.

When she is not working, Natalie can be found spending time with her husband, three children and grandson. They frequently hike, camp, float and paddle board, and snowboard. She also enjoys long distance running, especially relays. She has participated in “the mother of all relays”, Hood to Coast five times.

Dr. Paul Brannen

Paul A. Brannen, DMD was born and raised in Gladstone, Oregon. He graduated with his bachelor of science degree from Oregon State University in 2003 and completed his dental education in 2009 at Oregon Health and Science University.

Immediately after completing dental school, he and his wife moved to the rural town of Bethel, Alaska. With only 5000 residents, Bethel is located approximately 400 miles from Anchorage and is only accessible by plane. For three months out of the year, Dr. Brannen, his assistants, and their portable dental equipment were flown to even more remote villages (some as small as only 50 residents) to provide more accessible dental care. Because of very limited access to basic care and even less access to specialists, Dr. Brannen quickly expanded his skills to serve the ever-growing needs of the Yupik Eskimos on the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta. This experience provided him a unique perspective on the importance of delivering safe, comfortable care in an environment that is convenient for patients.

Dr. Brannen is dedicated to his continuing education and is actively involved in many professional dental organizations. When not caring for patients, Dr. Brannen enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, enjoying the many outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

MEET THE TEAM

Jacque

I was born and raised in Canby and now live there with my husband Kyle, our son Hudson, and two yellow labs Moxie and Hank.  I’ve been in the dental field since 2012, and was in Oral Surgery until I started at TDOM in 2021.  In my free time my family and I spend a lot of time traveling.  Arizona is our first choice for some sunshine and pool time.  My favorite part of working in the dental field is building relationships with patients and helping them reach their dental goals.
